O.S.E.R. Africa and ASAH announce the establishment of their partnership.
We are proud to announce the establishment of a very promising partnership with an organization of the African diaspora based in the Netherlands: ASAH NL
ASAH stands for The Association of Students of African Heritage. We discovered them last year during one of their flagship annual events, The African Business Day. The African Business Day is an event to connect Dutch students and other interested people with business people and other stakeholders with a good knowledge of the socio-economic context of Africa. O.S.E.R. Africa was in attendance, and we were highly impressed by the quality of the guest speakers that day.
ASAH NL is a very dynamic association, carrying out many educational and cultural activities throughout the academic year. Its mission is to provide Dutch students of African heritage with a space for exchange and learning around issues of personal, professional, social and cultural development. ASAH promotes diversity by bringing together students of African descent and other students/people with an affinity for Africa within the Dutch society.
With the common values we share, O.S.E.R. Africa and ASAH have decided to combine strengths through a partnership offering many benefits. ASAH presents O.S.E.R. Africa with new opportunities within the Afro-Anglophone world; rich in professional, economic and cultural prospects. O.S.E.R. Africa wishes to grow our audience with Africans in English-speaking areas.
With ASAH’s current network in the Netherlands and English-speaking African countries (such as Ghana and Nigeria), they will enable us to share our message beyond previous boundaries. This will also be an opportunity for ASAH to extend its association towards French-speaking Africa.
The O.S.E.R. Africa team.
